I believe normally you can use GDALSuggestedWarpOutput
(http://gdal.org/gdal__alg_8h.html#a816819e7495bfce06dbd110f7c57af65)
but that doesn't seem to be exposed.  If it's a simple case,
AutoCreateWarpedVRT() and CreateCopy() should work instead of
ReprojectImage().
