[gdal-dev] Import .GDB into MSSQL Server database

Depends on the geodatabase version.
If (AG) 10, there is a ogr driver for it, so you would not need shapefiles
and avoid losing long fieldnames etc.
There is no driver for earlier AG/gdb versions.
Maybe it's an old
