[gdal-dev] Standard Dev. Environment?

I always build with:

  --with-libz=internal \
  --with-png=internal \
  --with-libtiff=internal \
  --with-geotiff=internal \
  --with-jpeg=internal \
  --with-gif=internal \

 If that helps...
