[gdal-dev] GSoC weekly report 2. GDAL Networking

Hello everyone!

During this week I worked on the concept of networking GDAL API. After
several days developing and discussions with mentors I came up with this
solution:

Exploring of new GDAL 2.0 structure took to me an additional time. The next
week I plan to continue implementing this API, basing on trunk 2.0.
Building GDAL from source is also in the scope for the next week.
