I've just fixed it.

You can't do:

'''
goto some_label;
int foo = 0;
some_label:
;
'''

But the following is valid (well, compiles):
'''
goto some_label;
int foo;
foo = 0;
some_label:
;
'''

https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=55772 quotes the rule from the 
C++ standard.
