[gdal-dev] gdal_translated converted kml doesn't cover whole earth

Hi,

I have a geotif file that covers a region from 85S to 80N and 180W to 180E. I was able to read out the lat/lon values in the tif and they cover from 83.632S to 83.632N and 179.813W to  179.813E. When I translate the tif to kml, it shows up on Google Earth from 180W to 179.01E (not all the way to 180E), leaving a gap.  Can anyone help?
