[gdal-dev] Error in building GDAL with java binding

Hey,

I want to build java binding for GDAL.
After following "Build Instructions for GDAL/OGR In Java (Windows)", I get
the next error:
*"NMAKE : fatal error U1045: spawn failed : Permission denied"*
