[gdal-dev] New contributor

[Tanuj Kumar]

Hello, I'm Tanuj. I'd like to contribute to open source. I have absolutely
no prior experience to working for open source, and I'd like to start with
an easy bug. I know C++. Could someone please guide me on this?
