[gdal-dev] Question about KML Lib

Hi

I don't understand that is ogr function force the creation of these fields,
and if it does so, it should be possible to disable it or enable it through
settings and parameters. Am I wrong?
What I am avoiding is just extra work to analyze if these fields and having
to remove them when they were not set by the input file.
