[gdal-dev] Question on 0th IFD offset when producing a JPEG-Compressed GeoTIFF (GDAL 1.11 vs 2.x)

Hi Even, another question.

What about the internal libtiff implementation?
There will be any difference in building against a system (released)
libtiff version with respect to the internal version?
