OpenJPEG before 2.3.0 cannot handle JPEG-2000 files with more than 4 billion 
pixels

OpenJPEG 2.3.0 support has been added in GDAL trunk, or with GDAL 2.2.2, with 
the renaming of openjpeg-2.3/include to openjpeg-2.2/include trick
