[gdal-dev] Happy 22nd birthday to GDAL !

Happy 22nd birthday to GDAL ! From the first commit on 1998-10-17 from a 
small rural town outside of Ottawa Canada, to a CVS repository, to 
almost every geospatial software installation on the planet (and 
satellites and other planets!) in 22 years. The ultimate example of 
sharing & community.  Please celebrate the wonders of GDAL today, and 
thanks to everyone, who ever used it, contributed code or documentation, 
spoke about it at events, promoted it to their management, distributed 
it, or just plain gave it some love - this couldn't have happened 
without everyone one of you/us.   Thanks and happy birthday GDAL !!!
