[gdal-dev] docker images and gdal versions

I've been hearing of Docker for some time but haven't really tried to use
it until this weekend. I'm early in the journey but I begin to see what the
fuss is about. A quick question: what gdal version(s) should I see when
pulling the image names I see in `gdal/docker` tree?

With "osgeo/gdal:ubuntu-small-latest" I get "GDAL
3.4.0dev-bcadaf0a530715db604aaddcd66362c25b71e58c, released 2021/10/07". I
expected it to correspond to https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/releases latest,
so 3.4.1. Is there a different image name or names I could be using?
