Hi,

- port/cpl_recode_iconv.cpp: fix invalid cast error with uclibc (#5684)

- PNG: report cause when unable to create file

- PCIDSK: fix build on 32-bit architectures on Debian (fixes #5694)

- TileDB: compiler warning fix on 32bit

- ogr2ogr: avoid potential nullptr deref (CID 1488679)

- netCDF: add support for writing/reading geolocation array without a
grid_mapping variable
