[gdal-dev] Sentinel-3 driver

Hi,


no, no support for manifest file. Not totally sure there's anything in 
them substantially more interesting compared to what is already in the 
.nc files


The netCDF driver has been tuned to read some Sentinel 3 products, such 
as SRAL MWR Level 2
