<P><FONT SIZE=2>I noticed on the Fedora list that they have closed the review of the gdal RPM due to a combination of lack of response from the original author (of the SPEC file) and that other people were interested in picking it up.<BR>
<BR>
This had taken way too long to get into Fedora Extras. It makes it difficult for any package that depends on it to have an simple install on Fedora.<BR>
<BR>
I'd be happy to give a try if no one else is really doing this. <BR>
<BR>
If someone else is actually doing something, want post the spec file your using so we can give it a try?<BR>
