projection of shapefiles from the same directoy using the command:

all resulting shape files were corrupted having shx file just 100 bytes
long (basically this is a header with no content). Convereting shapefiles
one by one works fine. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong? I
am using gdal gdal-1.3.2.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
