<br>utility. The output of it on your file might be helpful in diagnosing<br>the situation.<br><br>Unix:<br> make nitfdump<br><br>Windows:<br> nmake /f <a href="http://makefile.vc" target="_blank">makefile.vc</a> nitfdump.exe
