<DIV>I download the file "gdalwin32-1.4.4" ,Then Unzip it and add the gdalwin32-1.4.4\bin directory to your PATH. Finally,define the GDAL_DATA environment variable to point to gdalwin32-1.4.4\data directory.</DIV>
