Norman has been involved with GDAL for several years, and is currently working<br>
on a JPIP client prototype with progressive display support, and the associated<br>
RFC (<a href="http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/rfc24_progressive_data_support" target="_blank">http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/rfc24_progressive_data_support</a>). I would<br>
like him to have commit access so he can provide the prototype through the<br>
GDAL /sandbox, and eventually provide on going support for it when it moves<br>
into the mainline.<br>
