Hey Brian,<br><br>I had a similar issue with my build earlier this week (on Ubuntu 9.10, 64bit). I had the same error at one point... but I don't believe it was at libjasper.a.<br><br>Are you attempting to build with hdf4 and/or netcdf? My problem seemed to result from some conflicting settings with those installs. I ended up rebuilding hdf4, hdf5, and netcdf (in that order) and I can send you my configuration settings if you're interested.<br>
