This message justifies my previous statement about one or more missing dlls during the execution. Make sure all of the dependencies available in the directory of the executable or in the PATH environment. Use the <a href="http://www.dependencywalker.com/">dependency walker</a> to examine the dll dependencies, and the <a href="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx">process monitor</a> to inspect which dll-s couldn&#39;t be loaded at run time. <br>
