When you create code for import/export of data from a different format using OGR, it can import/export from all the formats supported by OGR [1].</div>
<div><br></div><div>OpenJUMP doesn't use GDAL. However, a plugin to use GDAL/OGR for import/export of data could be very helpful. GDAL/OGR has java interface [2].<br><br></div><div>First, checkout the ogr utilities [3].</div>
