Spiros,<br><br>Your command was correct. The error you got was caused because the ogr2ogr utility could not create a file in the place you specified. See if you can create a folder or a file in the folder you are trying to save the file oikismoi_irakliou_gml.gml. If you can't, it means that you don't have permissions to modify that folder. Try to save the file in some other place.<br>
