<font size="2" face="sans-serif">My goal is to translate an OSM .pbf file into MapInfo TAB. For this I need the latest OGR2OGR</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">I tried the download from </font><font size="2" face="sans-serif">www.gisinternals.com/sdk/</font><font size="2" face="sans-serif"> but that gives me the error "Layer lines not found, and CreateLayer not supported by driver."</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">MapServer for Windows was built in May 2012, so it wouldn't include the OSM read ability</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">OSGeo4W is an installer that has to connect to the internet, and my firewall blocks the connection, so I can't use that.</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">FWTools does not have the latest GDAL version, which I need</font><br>
