This however requires SQLite to be compiled with -DSQLITE_ENABLE_COLUMN_METADATA. On Linux, GDAL automatically detects if this is available. On Windows, SQLITE_HAS_COLUMN_METADATA=yes must be manually defined in nmake.opt.</p>
