<p>I believe the GetCapabilities response of this service is not
fully valid. The layer has a <TileMatrixSetLink> that points
to a EPSG:3857 tileMatrix, but there's no <TileMatrixSet>
definition with a <ows:Identifier> with this value. You can
presumably use the GoogleMapsCompatible tilematrixset, which
should be an alias of EPSG:3857</p>
<p>I've submitted in <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/4457">https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/4457</a> a fix
to not list that tilematrixset.<br>
