    Hi Michael,<br>
    doesn't adding the ogr_MSSQLSpatial.dll file to the
    "\apps\gdal\lib\gdalplugins\" folder (or installing the gdal-mss
    package through OSGeo4W Setup) makes the MSSQLSpatial GDAL/OGR
    driver available to be used with ogr2ogr?<br>
