<p>It seems to me that the server ignores the filter, which is
likely a bug given that its GetCapabilies response includes a
<ogc:ComparisonOperator>Like</ogc:ComparisonOperator>.</p>
<p>Looking at GDAL logs, it emits a request equivalent to</p>
