I am working on <b>Release/3.3</b> branch of <b>GDAL</b>. I want to know if its possible to create a standalone DLL for OGR GML driver during build of GDAL itself?<br>

So far i have tried enabling below flags in my nmake.local but there is no success so far.<br>
