From this perspective, I would argue that paying for every maintainer and PSC member to attend the same event would be money well spent. This is quite unlikely to occur but if it did, the total cap would be 18 000€ with the current composition of the PSC and maintainers.</div><div><br></div><div>If all maintainers / members that have publicly or privately expressed interest attend, the total cap would be 8500€. Might I suggest that the PSC agrees a limit on the number<br>
of people going, and/or that some member approves applications<br>
before-hand ?<br>
<br>
I doubt that it would be appropriate to pay for every<br>
maintainer and member to go to the same event !<br>
