[OSGeodata] discovery requirements (some thoughts)

Jo,
Regarding a BOF meeting: Do you apply for this? AFAIK Alan also offered to
do this.

My contribution would be "The Open Archive Initiative (OAI) approach and
even simpler ones for metadata harvesting".

BOF sessions are planned on three days. Due to overlaps and in order to
organize our stages I would be happy when it could be scheduled at *Friday,
15 September 2006, *12:00-13:00.
