[Geodata] Tiger Reference lists

If you've downloaded the shapefiles, look at the metadata for each layer 
(the ".shp.xml" or ".dbf.xml" files).  I know this isn't a great way to 
get info about the fields, but it's the easiest I've found (except don't 
bother trying for the "area landmarks" - the metadata files don't have 
the MTFCC codes listed - need the cfcc_to_mtfcc.xls file for this.
