I don't think you have that responsibility. If you look at

and things it links to like

	http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Before_Licensing

Which is linked saying "things to think about" you'll find it's explicitly non-preachy and doesn't particularly tell you what to do at all. This is exactly the right choice because nobody would trust Creative Commons if it mixed rhetoric and preaching in with the license options. There are plenty of forums for that, the most important thing is a relatively neutral page outlining your options.

Contrast that to Science Commons which says you "should" use CC0 or ODC which says you "shouldn't" use NC. That's the wrong approach.
