At our last Geodata meeting, we discussed moving our regular meeting day/time (I have a standing conflict with the existing Thursday time slot). After look at a bunch of nice web 2.0 scheduling applications, the one that I think has the best functions (easy to use, time zone aware) is
<a href="http://timetomeet.info">timetomeet.info</a>. doodle.ch was brought up as a possibility, but it was rather cumbersome when looking at the best time out of 5 days and it was not timezone aware. The one limitation of
<a href="http://timetomeet.info">timetomeet.info</a> is that login for different users is via email address, so it is not something that I can just start and send to the list. Note, you will not need to set up an account -- it just needs your email to send you a person specific link.
