[Ica-osgeo-labs] Map of ICA-OSGeo Labs

Dear Suchith,

The National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of
the Philippines is actively promoting the Spatial Information Management
(SIM) track under the Masters of  Public Administration (MPA) program. In
addition to offering this specialization, the program is also offering an
elective course on GIS for public administration that is open to all MPA
students.

Right now, we are also embarking on the development of a case study project
that will highlight the use of open source GIS in the context of local
development planning.
