[Ica-osgeo-labs] Add FOSS4G 2014 logo to site

Suchith, all,

The FOSS4G Portland local committee has asked that we add their logo to
the GeoForAll site.  Can we replace the 2013 logo on this page
(http://www.geoforall.org/training_resources/) with a 2014 logo, and
link the logo to: https://2014.foss4g.org/

They sent me a zip file of different logos, let me know who to send it to.
