[Ica-osgeo-labs] Thematic Areas - Call for theme leaders and also new themes

Dear all:

I can co-chair the South American group, then we have some representatives
from both Spanish and Portuguese speaker countries. If you have any other
ideas for Brazilians to be involved, Sergio?
