[Ica-osgeo-labs] Asia chairs for GeoforAll

Thank you Thuy. With Venka also now confirmed, we have excellent chairs in place for Asia.

Now the only region which we need chairs is Africa which is very important region for us. With Rania (Egypt)  confirmed,  I  am really hoping Serena will also be able to help us on this as her leadership is key for us to expand the initiative in Africa.

Once all this is in place, i will contact Jason and we will setup seperate webpages within GeoforAll for all five regions with all chairs details etc, so it is easy for them to build this up  in thier continents . We will welcome ideas on regional chairs on this as we have some budget allocation for web development and we can use for planning this.
