Hi Charlie,

sounds great! How about asking OSGeo directly for funding? I also may 
take this into our next FOSSGIS board meeting and discuss a funding for 
the education track from our side - if I have some base facts for a 
discussion. Could you deliver some detailed ideas about for what you 
need a funding?
