[Geo4All] Celebration in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

I would like to say we have plan to celebrate GIS day and Geographic
Awareness Week of 2017 at Nov, 13th in Department of Geography, Ferdowsi
University of Mashhad, Iran.
We have plan to introduce Geo4All too as last year.
