[Geo4All] Please create your OSGeo id and update your GeoForAll lab/node details

Regarding the OSGeo ID, it would be good for regional chairs to help 
distribute the 'mantra' (secret code to use to create an OSGeo ID, 
because we have so many spam attacks now).  Geo4All chairs can 
distribute the mantra to their known lab leaders, and save OSGeo system 
admins verifying each request (and saves many emails back and forth with 
lab leader and admins).  But please note that this mantra cannot be 
posted on a mailing list etc.

Please email me directly if you need the code and want to help share it 
with regional chairs.
