[Geo4All] Now easy way of install QGIS on chromebooks

Thanks to two students of mine it is now very easy to get QGIS working on
chromebooks. A script which auto installs qgis on linux enabled chromebooks
(like the 3yr Dell 3180). Ideal for school-chromebooks. In Dutch and
