[Geo4All] Call for new co-chair of GeoforAll

Dear All

As mentioned in another email late last year, myself and Helena would like
to step down as co-chairs. We have engaged with some of the community
members, but have not identified new chairs, only regional chairs.

If you are interested in serving in the leadership of GeoforAll, please let
me know.
