given the theme of Urban Science and City Analytics. It will empower each community to ^own^ their solutions as well as their data, while simultaneously benefitting from a world of communities collectively advancing these very same solutions (functionalities
for urban management). <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">Imagine a virtual globe in a web browser that anyone could access via any device. Each community would configure that particular webpage for their
particular use-case(s), using solutions the collective had made available. Even within one community there are different functionalities needed, i.e., utility management, the permit process, flooding analysis, routing of city vehicles and public transportation,
etcetera, and so different webpages. That simple!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(68, 84, 106);"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">This is where we need the laundry list of use-cases, the more common the need, should define a higher priority for being developed. Using the upcoming
World Wind web version to build this application will greatly facilitate development of easily accessed solutions. No one is gating this activity. We are building and sharing until this collective gets enough content to organize. For now, qualified talent
can begin building and sharing this ^solution magnet^ immediately. The Europa Challenge shows some nice history for this kind of open source effort.
