Dear all,

on behalf of GEOlab (Geomatics and Earth Observation laboratory) of Politecnico di Milano (Italy), I am happy to inform you that on Monday, March 14 there will be a seminar given by Mr. Kyoung-Soo Eom, Chief of the UN Geospatial Information Section.

Taking the opportunity of his presence in Italy, we have invited him at our university for this exceptional event. Special thanks to Prof. Maria Antonia Brovelli, without whom this would not be possible.

In his presentation, titled "Geospatial Information for United Nations", Mr. Kyoung-Soo Eom will describe in detail:
1. What are the geospatial information and services requirements for United Nations operations.
2. How geospatial information and services are supported for United Nations operations.
3. Collaboration and partnership as well as vision, "Geo-enabled UN operations".

Detailed information (and registration, for those of you who are able to join) is available at [1]. The video recording of the seminar will be made available after the event (I will e-mail you as soon as it will be ready).

Best regards,
