<div>Applications are now open for the 'Games for Cities' EU COST training school (Amsterdam, October 10-14, 2016). The training school is open to graduate students (PhD and advanced Master), early-career researchers, and practitioners (urban planners, architects,
designers, artists...).</div>

<div>In the Games for Cities Training School, participants will explore the design of playful installations and urban games in public spaces as a means of ‘citizen empowerment’. In particular, trainees will investigate how play and games can be used to engage
and activate citizens around the advent of a ‘circular economy’.</div>

</div>
<div>The Games for Cities training school will alternate short lectures to (game)design sessions in an interdisciplinary studio setting.</div>

<div>The EU COST CyberParks Training Schools are free of charge. Trainees will be selected by the corresponding Training School Programme Committee. Students will receive a grant to support travel and daily allowance after completion of the course, following
