Dear Colleagues,<br>

I don't know if it is true but, the US Education Department budget is<br>
less by almost 11 billion US$ cutting many school programs from the<br>
public education (no teacher training, no arts etc), making even the<br>
student loans more expensive.<br>
I think that it is time to strengthen our efforts to support free<br>
education services to all, especially to those who really believe in<br>
free and public education. Let us all do the best we can to offer free<br>
teacher training programs. We do have a lot of free materials and a<br>
lot of courage to go on. And, yes, we do this for years now. Lets keep<br>
doing it.<br>
