It will also be a good opportunity to have a webform (based on some ideas in 2016) [1] to help organisations start producing their annual Open Source report cards. So we need a simple webform which can be outputted to our website with search facilities etc
for collating information that will help all business and government organisations to produce thier annual open source report card .

The main information we need are
* Name of Organisation
* Name of Contact person
* Email of contact person
* Website
* Country
* Year
* Which open source projects have your organisation contributed with details/links etc
* Which open source codesprints, conferences, events have you supported this year
* Plans for next year

Thanks. I will put a motion in the GeoForAll AB for this. I will request all AB members to please vote within 2 weeks for this motion . If there are no -1 recieved by then, we will proceed.

The two main work that we envisage are

Set up an education content repository and get the old education content repository materials transferred.
Set up a simple form in the new OSGeo website to add new labs automatically to the OSGeo website (maps etc).

Best wishes,
Make a motion with the GeoForAll advisory board indicating the work to be done and requesting a budget.

I would contact Get Interactive and ask if they are interested, if so you can negotiate a contract for our president to sign. If it is small enough Get Interactive may be willing to just do the work and send an invoice.
How to allocate funds is kind of up to how each committee does motions:

1) SAC is a good example, where they set up a contract, and ask the president to sign it (committees can make a motion, but cannot sign things). Or if the vendor is happy just sending an invoice, they can pay via treasurer...

2) Marketing committee makes a motion (email committee so motion takes some days) and then asks the treasurer to either pay for a thing like printing, or reimburse a member who paid for printing.

3) The board makes a motion (just like any other committee) and asks the treasurer to pay, or authorizes the treasurer to reimburse funds, or for larger things or asks the president to sign a contract (which includes a payment plan for the treasurer).

I would talk to Alex who has the most experience, both with contracts and with directly engaging Get Interactive for smaller work. For details on how to pay contact treasurer@osgeo.org.

Jeffrey Laust (j.lasut@getinteractive.nl) is our contact at Get Interactive, Helena I visited in person last year for some productive content meetings.
