[geomoose-psc] documentation tickets

So I am holding the "motion" for GeoMoose to graduate open another week (rather than letting it stall) in the hopes of seeing ticket #179 (http://trac.osgeo.org/geomoose/ticket/179)and #180 (http://trac.osgeo.org/geomoose/ticket/180%20) closed off.
Thus far there has a been a bit of grumbling (but no show stoppers) over the license being hard to follow, suppose it was hard to write so it should be hard to follow?

What would it take to get the patches for #179 and #180 applied?
